Solid Body Electric Guitars by Paul Reed Smith
McCarty is a gorgeous double-cut guitar dedicated to the legacy and memory of Ted McCarty, president of Gibson Guitars from 1950 to 1966. His expertise and advice on guitar building and technology helped Paul Reed Smith shape his first guitars into now iconic pioneering models of the PRS Guitars catalog.
This new McCarty model comes with a solid and double-cut body made of mahogany back and flamed maple top. A huge color palette is available, allowing each and every player to add his or hers own touch to their very own McCarty guitar. Mahogany neck rocks the classic pattern profile in the back and a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard on top.
PRS`s 58/15 humbuckers come with a master volume knob, master tone knob (with a push/pull switch) and a three-way toggle pickup switch. Standard wrap around bridge and locking PRS tuners complete this 25"-scaled double-cut.
