Custom 24 is the model that started it all back in 1985. It was the first commercially available PRS Guitars model and is still the main pillar of the catalog, more than 30 years later. Today every major range (from SE to Private Stock) houses at least one "24", making it the most widely available PRS axe. S2 Custom 24 for 2017 is a true workhorse guitar, featuring all the tone and playability of a classic PRS but without fancy details and embellishments. Core construction features include a solid mahogany body base, figured maple top (beveled contour, two-piece construction), mahogany neck (Pattern profile, set-in construction) and rosewood fingerboard (24 frets, Bird inlays, 25" scale). Major hardware and electronics appointments include a patented PRS tremolo bridge, low mass locking tuners (also PRS) and 85/15 S humbuckers.
