Parallaxe Solar is Ola Englund`s signature series and it`s made by Washburn, just like every other Parallaxe line. Solar is one of the best and most refreshing signature lines to appear in 2014. It comes with a total of eight models and Solar 7DLXC is the most luxurious seven stringer on the roster (there are four seven-stringers and four six-stringers in this series). All of them feature the characteristic double-cut design and standard Parallaxe construction appointments. Body of the PX-Solar 7DLXC is made of alder (series standard feature), while the neck is made of maple (also a standard feature). Washburn offers this one in Black Matte with black hardware. Bridge section is equipped with an Ever Tune bridge with seven saddles and hardtail construction. Washburn and Ola Englund claim an unparalleled tuning stability and performance value of this bridge system. Next on the menu, there are two extended range Seymour Duncan humbuckers with a simple and straightforward controls unit. Master volume, master tone and a five-position blade switch comprise it. Maple neck is the PX-Solar series standard issue, it has a slim and reasonably wide contour in the back and a 24-fret ebony fingerboard on the top. Top notch Grover tuners complete the specs list.
